Farm Animals

Baby Dolls are a unique heritage breed commonly referred to as South Down Sheep. We are excited to further the biodiversity at the estate by incorporating a flock of these adorable animals. The sheep are ideal grazers and help us in the springtime with controling cover crop growth. In addition to the amazing results in short periods of time, we are eliminating our use for gasoline for manual weedwhacking, and we are fertilizing the vineyard in the process. We also enjoy farm fresh eggs from our beautiful free range chickens and incorporate their 'fertilzer' in our composting.
